All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
We take extra care in quality control and packaging so your Amalene product arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Times & Carriers
We ship exclusively within the United States using UPS, USPS Priority, and FedEx.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
We’ll replace or refund your item once the carrier confirms the issue.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery to these locations may take a few extra days.
Order Modifications & Address Changes
If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@amalene.com.
After that window, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed.
